Pretty small, poorly lit, non-smoking room still smelled of smoke.

The hotel's location was particularly good and perfect in the middle of Jackson. It was just next door to stores and a quiet area close to the interstate.

We like the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room and a microwave and the heat lamp in the bath.

Well, the beds were very small and hard. There was mix up with the payment method. My husband woke up with a bug which looked like a bed bug. The carpet needs much replacing.

The hotel offered a huge variety of appetizing meals. I loved having cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in my room. The very friendly and welcoming staff was much appreciated. The property was conveniently located near Fifth Third Field, stores, and Toledo casino. The W.W. Knight Nature Preserve was just 2 miles away.

For an older motel, the room had been upgarded with good furnishings - queen bed, writing desk and chair, 2 side chaires, and flat screen TV.

The common hallway was filthy. The breakfast was worse than mediocre - sticky buns, cheap donuts, weak coffee.

The room had an unclean feel. Cigarette burn marks in bathroom. Large stains on furniture. Breakfast was a joke - disgusting rock hard donut holes and almost clear coffee. I have bite marks on my lower legs!

The room was spacious and modern with a mini fridge and shower, and there were plenty of tasty food choices available.

1) The manager was very rude and not cooperative at all 2) the brakfast is only Donuts and inform us that the closing is 9am 3) cleaning the room is hardly taking place despite putting the sign on the door 4) even though it was freezing outside , they didn't let us to enter our room from the inside hall nor did they help us to carry our bags

The location of the motel was fantastic, being close to stores and attractions. the room was comfy and had convenient amenities like climate control, TV, and a microwave oven.
